DAY 1 | LISBON - BACALHOA - ÉVORA - CARTUXA

It was in the Municipality of Setúbal that the Palace of Bacalhôa was born. Considered the most beautiful estate of the first half of the 15th century, it is an old property of Casa Real Portuguesa, which today gave rise to one of the most famous and prestigious Portuguese wines.

Évora is one of the cities of greatest historical importance in the country. The vestiges of its past make it currently classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Here, for sure, there will always be something that will dazzle you.

DAY 2 | ARRAIOLOS - MONTE DA RAVASQUEIRA
In the historical village of Arraiolos, known as "The Carpert Land", the typical Alentejo landscape surprises with its rare beauty. Here we find wine producers who enrich the most genuine traditions, such as "Monte da Ravasqueira". Linked to the José de Mello family for three generations, Ravasqueira occupies an area with around 3,000 hectares of vineyards and is mounted where the noble Portuguese equestrian tradition is also present.

DAY 3 | ESTREMOZ - BORBA

Estremoz, the "white city". Owns this name because of its white house spread along a hill, and for the deposits of white marble, the famous "Marble of Estremoz". Land of hard work, it is also land hospitable and peaceful, secularly proud of its extensive vineyards.

The vineyards that give rise to Quinta do Carmo wine are installed in a valley next to the foothills of Serra D´Ossa on clay-schist terrains. This is the ideal ''terroir'' that allows grapes to mature very slowly, thus producing very elegant and concentrated wines.

Borba is a beautiful Alentejo city, known for its important wine production, one of the most famous in the country and already with an excellent international reputation. Well bodied, with a color and strong palate, it can be enjoyed at the annual Wine and Vine Festival.

At Quinta do Zambujeiro we have a wine tourism experience of excellence, when embarking on a unique journey around the productive universe, from the grape to the glass.

DAY 4 | REDONDO - REGUENGOS DE MONSARAZ - ESTREMOZ

Redondo is a beautiful Alentejo village, famous for its clay products and quality wine. It is an area that has traces of occupation since distant times in prehistory. The combination of fertile, granite and shale soils makes it possible to produce one of the region's greatest assets, the wine, which is one of the D.O.C. from the country.

Reguengos grew up around the old and historic town of Monsaraz. This is a region known for the excellent wines produced locally. Known as "Ninho das Águias" (Eagles Nest) and with a population of only a few hundred, it is entirely pedestrian, with only two main streets. Its landscape takes on a magical quality, full of fields carefully cultivated and bathed in the sun, dotted with cork oaks and olive trees.

The "Herdade São Lourenço do Barrocal", owned by the same family for over 200 years, has a vast 150,000 square meters of vineyards. Here, on this Alentejo hill, we create connections to the land, and we feel part of it.

DAY 5 | ALQUEVA
Fallow land, Alqueva has the largest artificial lake in Europe. One side of the imposing dam borders the Vale do Manantio, with old venatory scrolls. This estate, with a beautiful landscape as far as the eye can see, encompasses vast and fruitful wheat fields, olive groves and vineyards that produce the best that this area can give us.

DAY 6 | MONTEMOR-O-NOVO - LISBON
One of the largest Portuguese municipalities, Montemor-o-Novo is a secret waiting to be unveiled and a treasure that awaits to be discovered. Much more than just an Alentejo city, where traditional dishes fill our senses, wines warm even the most remote and cold souls, Montemor-o-Novo is the perfect and harmonious blend between the past that built us and the present that sustains us.
