Braga

BRAGA

Braga is a Portuguese district that belongs to the traditional province of Minho.

Braga has a two-thousand-year history that started in Ancient Rome, when it was found in 16 BC as Bracara Augusta as a tribute to the August, the Roman emperor. Braga has been considered the happiest city in Portugal and is also one of the best cities in Europe to live in. One of Braga’s traditions is to eat a banana and drink a glass of Moscatel while wishing a Merry Christmas to our friends and acquaintances.
